A Bouquet Of Bananas

Unlike most cultivated bananas, Fe’i banana is very distinct in appearance, taste, and origin. Growing erect out the top of the banana stem over 10 feet off the ground, it glows a deep bright orange favoring A Bouquet Of Bananas. This particular variety is called Fe’i Aiuri, photographed in Hawaii. This banana is essential to understanding Pacific history, botanically known as Musa x troglodytarum; its wild descendants are still unclear.
